Terms & Conditions
Applies to websites and services operated
by World Traffic Services LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using a website, mailer,
traffic exchange, advertising service,
membership program, platform, or other
service operated by World Traffic Services
LLC ("WTS," "we," "us," or "our"), you
agree to these Terms & Conditions and
any additional rules posted for the
applicable service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not
use the applicable WTS service.
2. Privacy and Other Policies
Our Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam &
Compliance Policy, Refund &
Cancellation Policy, and applicable
site-specific rules are incorporated into
these Terms by reference.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create
an account or use WTS membership services.
You are responsible for providing accurate
account information, maintaining the
security of your login credentials and
devices, and for activity occurring through
your account.
Membership levels, features, advertising
benefits, commissions, and eligibility
requirements may differ between WTS Sites
and programs.
4. Linked Accounts and Magic Login
Certain WTS Sites may provide Magic Login,
Connect, or similar features that allow
members to access participating WTS-operated
Sites without repeatedly entering login
credentials.
These features may rely on your active
session and securely exchanged temporary
account identifiers or authentication
tokens. Anyone who gains unauthorized access
to your account, browser session, or device
may also be able to access linked services.
You are responsible for protecting your
device, browser sessions, passwords, and
other authentication methods. If you believe
your account has been compromised, promptly
change your password and contact WTS
Support.
WTS may suspend or disable linked-login
functionality when necessary to protect an
account, member, Site, or the WTS network.
5. Advertising and Member Content
You are responsible for advertisements,
websites, links, messages, creatives, and
other content you submit to WTS services.
Prohibited content includes illegal,
fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, hateful,
harmful, or malicious content; malware or
spyware; misleading claims; and pages or
scripts designed to interfere with a WTS
Site or another member's browser.
WTS may reject, pause, remove, or disable
advertising or content and may restrict an
account when reasonably necessary to protect
members, service providers, deliverability,
or the WTS network.
6. Advertising and Earnings Claims
Members and affiliates may not advertise or
imply guaranteed income, guaranteed results,
or earnings that do not accurately represent
the applicable WTS program.
Wallet Funds and advertising credits must
not be represented as withdrawable cash.
Affiliate commissions that are eligible for
withdrawal are governed separately under
Section 10.
7. Mailers and Email
WTS mailers send member advertising and
service communications according to the
rules of the applicable Site. Commercial
mailings must comply with our Anti-Spam
& Compliance Policy.
Where required, commercial email includes
an unsubscribe mechanism. Account, security,
billing, legal, and other transactional or
service-related messages may still be sent
when necessary to operate your account or
provide a purchased service.
8. Credits and Impressions
Advertising credits, traffic credits,
impressions, points, and similar internal
service units have no cash value unless a
specific WTS program expressly states
otherwise.
WTS may reverse or adjust credits,
impressions, points, or similar balances
obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation,
technical error, chargeback, or violation
of applicable rules.
9. Wallet Funds
Wallet Funds are an internal, non-cash
balance that may be used for eligible
advertising, upgrades, credits, and other
services offered on participating
WTS-operated Sites.
Wallet Funds are not currency or affiliate
commissions. They cannot be withdrawn,
transferred outside the WTS network, or
exchanged for cash.
Affiliate commissions that are eligible for
withdrawal remain separate from Wallet
Funds. Where a Site permits a member to
voluntarily convert withdrawable affiliate
commissions into Wallet Funds, that
conversion is final. Once converted, those
amounts become Wallet Funds and are no
longer withdrawable as cash.
10. Affiliate Commissions
Eligible affiliate or referral commissions
may be earned and withdrawn according to the
commission rates, payout requirements,
payment methods, eligibility requirements,
and other rules of the applicable WTS Site
or program.
Commission terms may differ between Sites,
products, membership levels, and promotions.
Members must maintain an eligible account
and comply with applicable program rules to
receive commission payments.
WTS may hold, adjust, reverse, or deny
commissions associated with refunds,
chargebacks, fraudulent transactions,
prohibited self-referrals, policy
violations, technical errors, or
transactions that do not qualify for
commission.
11. Paid Memberships and Subscriptions
Some WTS services offer paid memberships,
subscriptions, upgrades, advertising packages,
or other paid products.
Recurring subscriptions are billed at the
price and frequency disclosed at checkout
until cancelled. By purchasing a recurring
subscription, you authorize the applicable
payment provider to process recurring charges
according to the selected plan.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at
any time. Cancellation prevents future
recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated
or required by law, paid access continues
through the end of the period already paid
for.
Prices, membership benefits, packages, and
features may change. Changes affecting an
existing recurring subscription will be
handled according to applicable law and the
terms presented for that subscription.
12. Refunds and Billing Disputes
Payments are generally non-refundable once
processed. However, World Traffic Services
LLC may, at its discretion, issue a full or
partial refund when circumstances warrant,
including situations involving duplicate or
erroneous charges.
Cancellation of a recurring subscription
does not automatically refund a payment that
has already been processed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund,
cancellation, or other consumer rights
required by applicable law.
Additional information is provided in our
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party
payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or
other providers made available by WTS.
Your use of a payment provider may also be
subject to that provider's terms and privacy
practices. WTS does not store full payment
card numbers or online banking credentials
when those details are handled directly by
the payment provider.
WTS may suspend paid benefits when a payment
fails, is reversed, is refunded, or becomes
subject to a chargeback or other payment
dispute.
14. Taxes
Prices may be subject to taxes or similar
governmental charges where required by law.
Customers are responsible for taxes,
duties, VAT, or similar obligations that
apply to their purchase except where WTS or
its payment provider is required to collect
and remit them.
15. Intellectual Property
WTS Sites, software, designs, trademarks,
logos, documentation, and other materials
are owned by WTS or their respective
licensors and are protected by applicable
intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute,
modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially
exploit WTS software or proprietary
materials except as permitted by law or
with prior written authorization.
16. Third-Party Sites and Services
WTS Sites may contain advertisements or
links to third-party websites, products, or
services. WTS does not control and is not
responsible for third-party content,
availability, security, products, claims,
privacy practices, or business practices.
Visiting or purchasing from a third-party
site is at your own risk.
17. Acceptable Use
You may not use WTS services to engage in
spam, fraud, unlawful activity, harassment,
manipulation of clicks or impressions,
unauthorized scraping, credential attacks,
malware distribution, denial-of-service
activity, exploitation of software
vulnerabilities, or attempts to bypass
Site limits or security controls.
Automated tools, bots, scripts, or similar
systems may be prohibited or restricted by
individual WTS Sites. You are responsible
for complying with the rules of the
applicable service.
18. Service Availability and Disclaimers
WTS services are provided "as is" and "as
available." To the maximum extent permitted
by law, WTS disclaims warranties, express or
implied, including warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement.
WTS does not guarantee uninterrupted,
error-free, or continuously available
operation, particular advertising results,
traffic levels, email delivery, sales,
income, rankings, or other outcomes.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
WORLD TRAFFIC SERVICES LLC AND ITS
AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM
OR RELATED TO THE USE OF WTS SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW,
WTS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING
TO THE SITES OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED
USD $100.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold World
Traffic Services LLC harmless from claims,
losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable
costs arising from your submitted content,
misuse of WTS services, violation of
applicable law, or breach of these Terms.
21. Copyright and DMCA Notices
If you believe content appearing through a
WTS service infringes your copyright, please
submit a notice identifying the copyrighted
work, the allegedly infringing material and
its location, your contact information, and
the statements and signature required by
applicable copyright law.
Copyright and DMCA notices may be submitted
through the WTS Support Desk or mailed to
the address provided below. WTS may remove
or disable access to disputed material and
may process counter-notices in accordance
with applicable law, including 17 U.S.C.
Section 512.
22. Electronic Communications
By creating an account, purchasing a
service, contacting WTS, or otherwise using
WTS Sites, you agree that account,
transaction, security, legal, and other
service-related communications may be
provided electronically.
23. Suspension and Termination
WTS may suspend, restrict, or terminate an
account, advertisement, membership, or
service for non-payment, fraud, abuse,
security concerns, violation of these Terms
or applicable Site rules, or conduct that
threatens members, service providers, or the
WTS network.
Severe violations may result in immediate
action without prior notice when reasonably
necessary to protect the network or other
users.
You may close your account according to the
procedures provided by the applicable Site
or by contacting WTS Support.
24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the
State of Indiana, U.S.A., without regard to
conflict-of-law principles.
Except for claims seeking injunctive or
equitable relief, disputes shall be resolved
by binding arbitration on an individual
basis in Indiana, administered by a
recognized arbitration provider under its
applicable commercial rules.
To the extent permitted by applicable law,
you and WTS waive participation in class
actions and class-wide arbitration.
25. Changes to These Terms
WTS may update these Terms from time to
time. Material changes will be posted with
an updated "Last Updated" date and, when
appropriate or legally required, additional
notice may be provided.
Continued use of a WTS service after updated
Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms to the extent permitted by
law.
26. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with incorporated
policies and applicable site-specific rules,
constitute the agreement between you and
WTS regarding use of the applicable
services.
If a provision is found invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions
remain in effect. Failure by WTS to enforce
a provision does not waive the right to
enforce it later.
