1. Overview

World Traffic Services LLC ("WTS," "we," "us," or "our") operates websites, traffic exchanges, mailers, advertising services, membership programs, and platforms including Odyssey and World Traffic Club.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use and protect that information, when information may be shared, and the choices available to you.

2. Information You Provide

Depending on the service you use, information you provide may include:

• Your name, email address, username, password, and other account information.
• Profile information and preferences.
• Websites, advertisements, banners, messages, links, and other content you submit.
• Support requests and communications with WTS.
• Information related to purchases, subscriptions, affiliate activity, and payment or payout requests.

Passwords are stored using secure hashing methods rather than as readable plain-text passwords.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use a WTS Site or service, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:

• IP address.
• Browser, device, and operating-system information.
• Login dates and times.
• Pages, features, advertisements, and links viewed or used.
• Traffic exchange activity, mailer activity, clicks, impressions, and other service usage.
• Referral and affiliate attribution.
• Security, error, and fraud-prevention logs.

4. Odyssey Activity and Progress

When you use Odyssey, WTS may maintain information related to your participation and progress, including missions, Experience Points, rank, activity history, discoveries, rewards, advertising activity, and use of Odyssey features.

This information is used to operate the Odyssey experience, maintain progress, determine feature access, prevent abuse, and provide members with activity and performance information.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions and Payments

WTS may maintain records relating to purchases and subscriptions, including product or membership purchased, amount, currency, transaction status, subscription status, billing period, payment provider, transaction identifiers, and related account information.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe. Payment card numbers, bank account credentials, and similar sensitive payment details entered directly with those providers are processed by the provider and are not stored in full on WTS servers.

Payment providers may supply WTS with information needed to complete or manage a transaction, such as your email address, payment status, transaction or subscription identifier, and limited customer or billing information.

6. Guest Checkout and Account Creation

Some WTS services, including Odyssey, may allow you to purchase a membership before creating a complete member account.

In those situations, WTS may temporarily maintain checkout identifiers, referral information, product information, payment provider references, and the email address associated with the purchase so that the payment can be matched to an existing account or used to create and complete a new account.

7. Affiliate and Referral Information

WTS may collect and maintain referral codes, sponsor or referring-member identifiers, referral sources, affiliate links, qualifying purchases, commissions, and related activity.

This information is used to preserve referral attribution, calculate commissions, investigate disputes or abuse, and administer WTS affiliate programs.

8. Advertising and Performance Data

When members submit advertising or use WTS promotional tools, we may maintain the submitted content together with statistics such as impressions, views, clicks, sends, credits used, and other performance or delivery information.

We may use aggregated or de-identified statistics to understand network activity, improve services, and report general performance without identifying individual members.

9. Cookies and Sessions

WTS Sites may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, referral tracking, fraud prevention, service operation, analytics, and other functions necessary to provide the Sites.

You may control some cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or other Site features from working correctly.

10. Linked Accounts and Magic Login

Certain WTS Sites provide Magic Login, Connect, or similar features that allow access between participating WTS-operated Sites.

These features may securely exchange temporary authentication tokens and limited account identifiers such as member ID, username, sponsor ID, or referral information.

These authentication tokens do not contain your password or full payment information and are designed to expire after a limited period or when otherwise invalidated.

11. How We Use Information

WTS may use information collected through our Sites and services to:

• Create, maintain, authenticate, and secure member accounts.
• Operate traffic exchanges, mailers, advertising systems, membership programs, Odyssey, and other WTS services.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, commissions, and other account transactions.
• Maintain credits, Wallet Funds, advertising balances, commissions, memberships, and entitlements.
• Track referrals and administer affiliate programs.
• Maintain Odyssey missions, Experience Points, ranks, progress, rewards, and other activity.
• Provide customer support and respond to questions or disputes.
• Send account, security, billing, transactional, service, and policy communications.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, manipulation, spam, and other violations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve WTS services.
• Comply with legal, accounting, tax, payment-processing, and regulatory obligations.

12. Email and Unsubscribe

WTS operates member mailers and also sends account and service communications. Commercial email is handled according to our Anti-Spam & Compliance Policy.

Where applicable, commercial email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from promotional or member mail does not necessarily prevent WTS from sending transactional or service-related messages that are necessary for your account, security, purchases, subscriptions, or legal notices.

13. How Information May Be Shared

WTS does not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate WTS services. These providers may include payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services, security services, analytics providers, and other vendors supporting WTS operations.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, legal process, court order, or governmental request.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of WTS policies.
• Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of WTS, our members, service providers, or others.
• Complete a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable legal requirements.

14. Information Shared Between WTS Sites

Because World Traffic Services operates a network of related Sites, limited account, membership, referral, authentication, advertising, Wallet Fund, commission, and activity information may be shared between WTS-operated Sites when necessary to provide network features or services requested by the member.

This may include features such as Magic Login, network membership recognition, World Traffic Club services, centralized advertising or credit systems, referral attribution, and other integrated WTS features.

15. Security

WTS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect member information. These may include HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, restricted administrative access, authentication controls, security logging, and other protective measures.

No online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Members are also responsible for protecting their passwords, devices, email accounts, and active login sessions.

16. Data Retention

WTS retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and services and to satisfy legitimate business, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, payment, dispute, compliance, and legal requirements.

Some transaction, payment, commission, security, suppression, and compliance records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated in accordance with operational and legal requirements.

17. Your Choices and Account Information

Depending on the applicable Site and your location, you may be able to review or update account information through your member area or request assistance through WTS Support.

You may also request account closure, unsubscribe from eligible commercial email, or contact WTS regarding questions about personal information associated with your account.

Certain records may be retained even after account closure when necessary for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, suppression, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.

18. Privacy Rights

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or other handling of personal information.

Requests may be submitted through the WTS Support Desk. WTS may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain or decline to delete information where permitted or required by law.

19. International Users

WTS is operated from the United States. If you access WTS services from another country, information may be processed or stored in the United States or in other locations used by our service providers.

By using WTS services, you understand that privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.

20. Children

WTS membership services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create member accounts.

If we learn that an account was created in violation of this age requirement, we may suspend or close the account and take appropriate steps regarding the associated information.

21. Third-Party Websites

WTS services may contain advertisements and links to websites operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third-party websites.

You should review the privacy practices of a third-party site before providing personal information to it.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

WTS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, technology, or legal requirements.

Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date and, when appropriate or legally required, additional notice may be provided.
