| Anti-Spam & Compliance Policy Applies to all websites operated by World Traffic Services LLC Last Updated: October 2025 Scope and Purpose This policy governs all emails and on-site messages sent through World Traffic Services LLC systems, including mailers, traffic exchanges, and the World Traffic Club platform. It defines standards designed to align with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR principles, and other applicable anti-abuse and data protection laws. Consent and Subscription Flow • Double opt-in is required for all mailers: sign up, confirm by clicking the verification link, and the account becomes active after confirmation. • One-click unsubscribe is provided on every mailer message and is processed immediately. Unsubscribed addresses are added to a global suppression list honored network-wide. • Identification: every email includes a valid From name, monitored Reply-To address, and our physical mailing address. • Truthful routing and subject lines are mandatory. No deceptive headers or misleading subjects. Sending Practices and Limits • Messages must comply with site-level frequency and volume controls. Attempts to bypass limits, rotate identities, or manipulate credits or impressions are prohibited. • Each commercial email must include a working unsubscribe link that functions with a single click and without login. • Transactional notices (e.g., account confirmations, billing receipts) may omit promotional content. If promotional content is added, the message is treated as commercial and must include unsubscribe and identification elements. Content Standards • Prohibited content includes illegal products or services, deceptive claims, malware, hate or harassment, adult sexual content, and content that infringes intellectual property rights. • Landing pages must be functional, render in a standard browser, and must not attempt to break frames or trigger forced downloads. • External or harvested email lists may not be used. Mailers send only to confirmed site members; outside lists are not permitted. List Management • No purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists. Importing external contacts for bulk mailing is not allowed. • Suppression lists are maintained and honored across our network. Re-subscribing an address that has unsubscribed is prohibited unless the owner requests re-subscription and confirms via a new double opt-in. Authentication and Deliverability • Outbound mail is authenticated using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to discourage spoofing. • TLS is used where supported by recipient providers. Feedback loops and abuse desk mailboxes are monitored for complaints and anomalies. • System-wide delivery performance and complaint thresholds are monitored continuously to protect sender reputation. Bounces and Complaints • We monitor hard bounces, soft bounces, unknown-user rates, and complaint rates. Typical trigger levels for review include hard bounces above two percent or complaint rates above 0.3% for a campaign. • Exceeding these thresholds may result in an account pause while list quality or content is reviewed. • Repeated delivery failures, spam trap hits, or abuse reports may lead to suspension or termination under Enforcement below. Traffic Exchanges • Exchanges primarily deliver visits through member surfing and send minimal service email. The same abuse handling and unsubscribe standards apply to any email they send. Enforcement • Violations may result in a warning, temporary pause, reversal of credits or impressions earned through abuse, permanent suspension, or account termination. Severe violations may be actioned without prior notice to protect the network and its members. • We may disable offending creatives, links, or accounts and notify the account owner through the support desk. • In extreme cases, network-wide bans or reporting to upstream providers may be applied to preserve deliverability integrity. Data Protection • We maintain logs necessary for compliance and abuse handling, which may include timestamps, IP addresses, sender identifiers, message identifiers, and unsubscribe events. • Logs are retained for a commercially reasonable period and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Third-Party Providers • We may use reputable third-party infrastructure and service providers for delivery, queue management, and authentication. All providers are expected to meet or exceed the standards described in this policy.
