If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.          <br><br>          <strong>2) Privacy</strong><br>          Our <em>Privacy Policy</em> explains what we collect and how we use it, and is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it.           <br><br>          <strong>3) Accounts &amp; Eligibility</strong><br>          You must be at least 18. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.          <br><br>          <strong>4) Advertising &amp; Content Rules</strong><br>          You are responsible for the ads, links, and content you submit. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful; malware/spyware; misleading claims; and pages that attempt to break out of frames. We may pause or remove ads and suspend accounts at our discretion to protect the network.          <br><br>          <strong>5) Mailers &amp; Unsubscribe</strong><br>          Our <em>mailers</em> deliver emails to confirmed (double opt-in) members. Every mailer message includes a <em>one-click unsubscribe</em> link that takes effect immediately. Our traffic exchanges send minimal service emails (e.g., account notices). Abuse reports are reviewed and acted upon.          <br><br>          <strong>6) Credits, Impressions, and Payments</strong><br>          Credits/impressions have no cash value and are for use within the Sites only. Pricing, packages, and features may change. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, all sales are final. We may reverse credits/impressions gained through abuse or technical error.          <br><br>          <strong>7) Intellectual Property</strong><br>          The Sites, software, and materials are owned by WTS or licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Sites except as allowed by law or our express written permission.          <br><br>          <strong>8) Third-Party Links</strong><br>          We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content, policies, or security. Use third-party links at your own risk.          <br><br>          <strong>9) Acceptable Use</strong><br>          Do not attempt to interfere with the Sites (e.g., bots not permitted by site rules, scraping where disallowed, exploits, DDoS). No spam, fraud, or manipulation of impressions/clicks. We may monitor, investigate, and take action to protect members and the network.          <br><br>          <strong>10) Disclaimers</strong><br>          THE SITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.          <br><br>          <strong>11) Limitation of Liability</strong><br>          TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WTS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITES SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.          <br><br>          <strong>12) Indemnification</strong><br>          You agree to indemnify and hold WTS harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Sites, or your breach of these Terms.          <br><br>          <strong>13) DMCA/Copyright</strong><br>          If you believe material on the Sites infringes your copyright, please submit a notice with: (a) your contact info; (b) a description/URL of the work and the allegedly infringing material; (c) a statement of good-faith belief; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent; and (e) your signature. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Sites means you accept the updated Terms.          <br><br>          <strong>18) Miscellaneous</strong><br>          These Terms (plus policies referenced) are the entire agreement between you and WTS regarding the Sites.
